Day 26 - Nanny's Phone
Today's painting is what I consider an iconic part of... well, humanity in general.... Just like the Volkswagen Beetle, I love the look and style of old phones like this. As soon as I showed my husband, he said..."Now that takes me back to my grandmothers house and the telephone table..." and the story went on from there. I think it is so cool how an image can transport you to a place and time that holds strong memories.

Love your phone, love the colors in it and your composition. When I looked at it I instantly remembered my old home phone number that started with the letters YU. Now I'm really dating myself.
